At Hope & Rain Co., we stand behind the quality of our items 100%. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Store credit will be issued within 3-5 days of receiving the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Each product is inspected prior to shipping. However, it is possible to receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders begin processing as soon as the order is placed, and cannot be edited or changed after being placed. Please double check your cart and shipping address before ordering.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Gift cards are not returnable.
Sale items are considered final sale, and therefore are not returnable.
